Riemergo dopo un lungo periodo di assenza...giustificato però!!!
Purtroppo nell'ultima settimana mi sono beccata una brutta influenza, che mi ha messo davvero KO, ma di cui conosco perfettamente le cause!!!
Ho, infatti, terminato (spero!!) un'ordinazione che mi ha impegnato tantissimo, ma che mi ha dato davvero moltissima soddisfazione.

I'm back after a long absence ... but justified!
Unfortunately, last week I caught a bad flu (really strong!!), but of which I know perfectly the causes!
I finally finished (I hope!) an order that took me a lot, but that really gave me a lot of satisfaction.
[ITA] Si tratta di un custom order, ovvero di un'ordinazione su richiesta, da parte di una cliente americana di Etsy: a Dicembre mi ha chiesto se potessi realizzare per lei una collana multifilo di colore rosso. Dopo alcune mail per organizzarci sul numero e su altri dettagli ho iniziato a lavorarci, capendo solo in quel momento in che impresa mi ero imbarcata!!
Ma devo ammettere che il risultato finale mi ha davvero ripagato di tutta la fatica che è costata realizzarla!!
[ENG] This is a custom order from an American customer: in December, she asked me if I could make a red necklace with multi wires. After a few emails to get informations about the number of wires and other details I started working on the necklace, realizing only then that big business it was.
But I must admit that the end result has really paid off for all the effort it cost me to create this necklace.
[ITA] Si tratta di una collana a 4 fili: ciascun filo è stato realizzato con la mia solita lavorazione tubolare, utilizzando una catenella di 8 perline giapponesi della serie "frosted red", che donano un effetto satinato veramente molto bello al proprio incarnato. Ho poi utilizzato un'unica chiusura, una barretta di metallo lavorato, a cui ho aggiunto in una prima fase due catenelle metalliche lunghe circa 5-6 cm.
[ENG] It is a four wire beaded necklace. Each wire of this necklace was made using a chain of 8 beads crocheted with red lisle according to the tubular technique. The beads are japanese and their color is frosted red, wonderful on your skin. Then I applied to the necklace an hypoallergenic metal clasp and two little chains.
[ITA] Ed ora è finalmente giunto di mostrarvi l'opera completa:
[ENG] And now I want to show you my new creation:
[ITA] e per una resa ancora più efficace ho pensato di fare un paio di foto indossate per far capire meglio alla mia cliente l'effetto della collana intorno al collo:
[ENG] and I thought to take a couple of pictures to show to my customer the effect of the necklace worn by me:
[ITA] Dopo aver visto la collana, tuttavia, la mia cliente mi ha chiesto se fosse possibile averla in una versione più corta, a girocollo. Ho quindi eliminato le due piccole catene che avevo inserito all'estremità delle collane e ho nuovamente fotografato la collana per mostrarle il nuovo effetto della collana al collo.
[ENG] After watching the photos, however, my customer has asked me if she could have it in a shorter version, a chocker. So I removed the two small chains at the ends of necklace and I made again some pictures to give her the new effect of the necklace on my neck.
[ITA] Questa è dunque la storia della mia nuova creazione.
